LADY SHELLY-ReggaeLady
Shelly spent the last week and a half in LaSalle Quebec where she shot
the video for her single “talk up now”. The track which has
an underline tone of determination and perseverance will be visually
represented with an equally strong video.
The
concept of the video is of a defeated artist who through hard work,
over comes some very real obstacles to attain tangible success. The
video was directed by Nadia Khalifa and the entire team at Kali
Productions.
Since its release, “talk up now” has been charted in parts
of the USA and Canada. The song has gotten great reviews from different
radio personalities in Jamaica and is expected to do extremely well.
“Talk up now” is the first single from Lady Shelly’s
upcoming album, “breakdown-breakthrough” which is slated to
be out later this year. The album will be released on Shelly’s
own label, Karamanti Muzik.
The video is expected to hit the streets by mid June.
