dysfunct joined the other bands who performed in the Food Drive Event organized by Toronto Exclusive Magazine December 1, 2007. They said “It’s an amazing thing to have an opportunity to do what we love for a great cause and doing it in a fun way like a show. It’s pretty much the best thing you could possibly do, seriously.  To have fun for a real cause! Why can’t life be always like that?”

Another charity event that the band did was last summer's NGO Stop Climate Chaos at the Old Nick. Other artists who performed there were MC Mohammad Ali, Belladonna and the Awakening.

The band will be performing at The Legendary Humberside Band Night. This will be an all-star line up, including the Superstitions, Fortunate Kicks, “PhilAllister” (CDA), Cereal Box Surprise and more. They are aiming to put on a grand CD release at the Reverb for their full length in early 2008 and work on their five city tour in the summer. Check their web site for updates.
