Deborah Na was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on August 24 1985.
As a child, she had realized her potentiality and talents that were
starting to surface. Early on she found herself excelling in other
areas like music, sports, art.  She had grown up in an old
fashioned and strict household where her artistic creativity and
musical abilities were unappreciated. Education was important
and nothing else! Normality was based on good behavior, good
marks and living up to the pretentious status quo.

Deborah knew she was unlike many of her peers and she was
never quite able to fit in and adjust well. She came into conflict
with personal as well as social issues along with her sexuality.
Not wanting to deal with the outer world, she became the
epitome of the loner secluding her self in her bedroom and
allowing her imaginative mind to flow with fluidity making any
form of creative expressions tangible. This was her way of
escaping reality.

Over the years she had developed her talents and abilities.
Deborah had taught herself to play a variety of instruments
such as: the drums, guitar, keyboard, djmbae, bass, and started
using turntables. In sports, she played varsity, regionals and
junior university basketball. She joined the provincial honor
choir and started to write poetry. She wanted to show the
world what she had to offer!

Fed up with feeling trapped in a small town, her unwavering
curiosity got the best of her and eventually she moved to Toronto,
Canada on her own. The bigger city presented her with more
opportunities, much more possibilities and she wanted more
than anything to feel like she belonged somewhere.

Deborah began to start her art again and found it to come naturally.
She began to draw and sculpt and became a drummer for several
bands. A musician and artist, she had found other outlets to
express her creativity such as hair styling in which one day she
became bored and decided to cut her own hair in her washroom
which extended to doing it for others as well.

Her most recent passionate hobby became modeling. Her unique
and bold strong features aroused the interest of random
photographers on the street. One day she thought, perhaps I
should try modeling…

It is exciting to see what the future has in store. Although Deborah
had to deal with many hardships in the past, and had to fight for
everything she believed in, she has strong faith that, “through
the toil and sweat, good things will happen”. Her own personal
motto in which she lives by each and every day.
